Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Equipment
Ensure the e-bike is clean, in its original packaging, and includes all original components such as the battery, charger, keys, and toolkit.
Ship to Fiido
Affix the provided shipping label to your box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; please ensure you retain your tracking receipt for verification.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned item for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
